Pete Lugo received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University School of Architecture in 1991. Pete worked in Los Angeles where he gained experience in residential and commercial design. In 1998 Pete opened his own practice and has since focused on modern residential design. He loves to expose his clients to the fine art of architecture and truly believes that investing in good design directly impacts the value of your home in a positive way.
Pete also offers Interior Design, Design Management and Landscape Design. His wife, Lynn, heads up the Furniture Purchasing/Styling services. These components are ultra important as they add additional value to our clients’ already well-designed home.
Pete & Lynn are residents of the Sacramento Region. They have three children and are actively engaged in their lives. Their experience with an active family helps them to not only design their clients a home with modern aesthetics, but also one that functions exceptionally well in the day to day.
